ANTA Accreditation and Membership Fees

ANTA has represented professional natural therapy practitioners for more than 60 years and due to stringent membership requirements, ANTA has established an unequalled and unparalleled standing in the profession for accrediting highly trained and qualified professional practitioners.


One Membership Fee Covers all Modalities

 

Application Fee of $110 payable with Application

Payable by all applicants (except 1st Year Graduates) when submitting an application.

MEMBER (A) Level - Minimum Qualification: Diploma
$185 per annum


Member A level membership and accreditation with ANTA is available for natural therapists who have a Diploma qualification 
in the following modalities:

  • Aromatherapy
  • Oriental Remedial Therapy (Shiatsu, An Mo Tui Na, TCM RT)
  • Shiatsu
  • Remedial Therapy

Member A level membership and accreditation with ANTA is available for natural therapists who have an Advanced Diploma qualification in the following modalities:

  • Myotherapy
  • Musculoskelelal Therapy

To be eligible for accreditation with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) you are required to have completed a course that is recognised by ANTA.

Member (A) (1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $110.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $ 66.00

Member (A) (NOT a 1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $185.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $ 111.00

MEMBER Level - Minimum Qualification: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor
$330 per annum


Member level membership and accreditation with ANTA is available for natural therapists who have an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification in the following modalities:

  • Acupuncture *
  • Ayurvedic Medicine
  • Chinese Herbal Medicine *
  • Homeopathy
  • Musculoskeletal Therapy
  • Myotherapy
  • Naturopathy
  • Nutrition
  • Western Herbal Medicine

* CMBA Registration Required
To be eligible for accreditation with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) you are required to have completed a course that is recognised by ANTA.

Member (1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $110.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $ 66.00

Member (NOT a 1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $330.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $198.00

FELLOW Level - Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
$495 per annum

 

Members of ANTA are eligible to apply for an upgrade to Fellow after 2 years membership and with proof of academic and/or professional practice, provided that they have a minimum qualification of a Degree.

Fellow accreditation is available for natural therapists in the following modalities:

Acupuncture (CMBA Registration Required); Ayurvedic Medicine; Chinese Herbal Medicine (CMBA Registration Required); Homoeopathy; Musculoskeletal Therapy; Myotherapy; Naturopathy; Nutrition; Western Herbal Medicine

ANTA also offers the following options to current members:

Leave of Absence
Members can apply for a leave of absence for 12 months - $55 per year (only available for 2 consecutive years).

Restricted ANTA Membership
Non-practising members however still able to obtain a TGA certificate (e.g. maternity leave, research, teaching, etc) - $220 per year.

Retired ANTA Membership
No longer practising (receives journal and correspondence) - $55 per year.

Overseas Membership

For any Member interested in maintaining full ANTA membership and is interested in the activities of ANTA (receives journal and regular correspondence) - $220 per year.
